Implement effective production management and quality control. Automation process to increase efficiency and lower cost, consistent quality control. Internal testing laboratory to verify the product quality before and during production.   Customize QA/ QC program for client specific requirements. Strong understanding of third-party testing laboratories (i.e. BVCPS, STR and ITS) procedure and requirements.
